Real Responsibility in Action: dm Backs Nonprofits with a HUF 50 Million Grant Program
The drugstore chain dm has launched an international initiative called "Together for the Future" ("Együtt a jövőért"), spanning 12 countries and centered on volunteering and active civic participation.
As part of the program, a grant call has been announced in Hungary for public-benefit nonprofit organizations — in three categories:
Community building and solidarity
Environmental protection and sustainability
Equal opportunity and social integration
The key numbers:
• HUF 50,000,000 in non-repayable funding
• 3–12 winning applicants
• Application deadline: July 17, 2026
• Application portal: dm-egyuttajovoert.hu
The jury includes well-known figures such as Vecsei H. Miklós, Al Ghaoui Hesna, and Litkai Gergely — all people who take community causes seriously.
This is a great example of how a large company can achieve real, measurable impact by working with the nonprofit sector — backed not just by communications, but by concrete financial commitment.
